
Colin Pettinger

Raised in Lochaber, Colin moved to Ross-shire after graduating from Aston University in 1999 with a First Class Honours degree in Optometry- winning the final year prize for paediatrics. Colin has been a director of Goskirk Pettinger for over 10 years and building relationships with his patients across all three branches remains his passion. Colin provides a wide range of services in all branches. As well as routine eye examinations and contact lens fitting, Colin is an anterior eye expert with a diploma in Independent Prescribing, allowing him to write NHS and private prescriptions for eye medications. Colin also specialises in paediatric eye care.
Colin also enjoys supporting early career learning, having worked part time for NHS Education for Scotland, UHI Optometry in Inverness and as an examiner for the College of Optometrists in London.
